Noble Coffee

FAQ's

How much does it cost to have the machine in my business?

There is no cost to have the machine in your business.

How much space does the machine take up?

This espresso machine needs only slightly more space than the average water cooler.   It is approximately 5"2" high, 1'9" deep and 1'4" wide.  We require a dedicated standard 110/120 volt outlet.

Do I need to have a water line available?

No.  Each machine comes complete with a 5 gallon spring water bottle.  There is an option to plumb the machine straight into a water line, which would eliminate the bottled water.  However, we recommend bottled water for its superior taste.

Is decaf available?

No, each machine has just one hopper for whole beans.  The beans we use are a caffinated espresso blend.

Is this real espresso?

The Saeco espresso machine uses the proper pressure and temperature to make the same European-style espresso you find in upscale coffee shops.  Each espresso is the starting point for our black coffee (Cafe Americano), latte, cappuccino, and  moccachino.

Who is responsible for refills and maintenance?

The Noble Cup service team will perform all refills and maintenance.  We will stop in weekly or bi-weekly depending on the machines use.  The refill includes whole beans, cocoa powder, milk, cappuccino mix, water, cups, stir sticks, and sugar.  We then do a thorough cleaning and empty all coins and bills.

Does the machine take bills and make change?

Yes,  Each machine takes ones and fives, and returns change.

What kind of employee incentives do you have?

We have tokens available for purchase at a discount.  You could use them as an incentive for  employees or perhaps a bonus as part of a gift package.  Each token is one free cup.  The use of tokens is only limited by your imagination.

How can we make money?

Even though we furnish and service the machine, the Noble Cup will reimburse your business for every cup sold. We can discuss the right price for your customers and your business.

What kind of commitment do you expect from me?

We do require you to sign an agreement.  But there is no binding contract to hold you to any time constraints or minimum payment.  The Noble Cup is looking for businesses that could support selling at least 100 cups per week/400 per month.  If after a reasonable amount of time, this isn't being upheld, we would discuss moving the machine to a new location.
